Literature Text

Fluorescent lights bounce about the room,
the oh-so-familiar scent of smoke resting peacefully.

Bodies clashed against one another
Euphoria clouding the minds of the club's inhabitants
Everything and everyone fit perfectly in the setting

Except for one.

Bright red clung onto big, alluring hips
The taste of liquor tainting soft pink lips
Not a single 'clack' from ebony pumps
Just the sway of her lady lumps

Out she goes with a man in uniform
Once in the alley, she gags him with chloroform
                     1...2...3...
Limp and frail, the man collapses
Life slowly fading as time lapses

Piece by piece, the cadaver is losing its form
Cooking fresh flesh, how delicious!

A knock on the door is enough for one to panic
Hiding the corpse, she opens the door.

"Hello, I'm Rick, your new neighbor down the hall!"

Sighing, a kind smile adorned full lips
"Hello, I'm Hanna Bell Lector."
I've seen and read many pieces of literature that portray men as the secret killers and cannibals. Women should not be underestimated. Say hello to Miss Hanna Bell. Please notify me if you personally believe that this deviation will need a filter.

This poem is wonderful :). I love the books about Hannibal Lecter and I had to smile when I read your last verse. ¨Hanna Bell Lector¨. This is funny and genuine at the same time^^. I also like how you used different kinds of rhyme rhythm. You did a great job on that.

And yes, you're absolutely right - Women can be serial killers and cannibals too ;3

Greets,
Nathaira
